Information regarding Covid-19

Cocoa & Company works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time.

Everyone who can is working from home, and our suppliers have increased the frequency of cleanings at our fulfillment centers, taking extra care to disinfect highly trafficked areas. The global social distancing measures are affecting our store as well, which means order fulfillment and shipping is taking longer than usual.

Fulfillment in the US currently takes 4-9 business days and All-over-print items take 7-12 business days. 

Please note that custom orders may take 4 to 6 weeks to create and deliver.

This is a difficult time for everyone and we thank you for your support and for your patience. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.

 

Shipping Times 

Delivery within the US is an estimated 3-4 business days after fulfillment is done. However, due to the current situation in the world, the deliveries may be delayed due to the carriers being more careful and limiting human contact when handling orders!

 

Domestic Shipping Costs:

Shipping is free within the United States.

 

International Shipping Costs:

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Cocoa & Company is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Cocoa & Company to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
