Digital Products — All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable files, templates, workbooks, journals, guides, planners, and any other digital content.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exceptions (Limited Circumstances)

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
You did not receive access to the product and our support team is unable to resolve the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include proof of purchase.

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Cocoa & Company, LLC.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Failure to read the product description
Incompatibility with your device, software, or personal preferences
Lack of results or dissatisfaction with outcomes
Failure to download or access the product after successful delivery
